Dr. R.C. Trotter, M.D.

Dr. R.C. Trotter, M.D. was born right here in Dodge City, but has lived in many small towns across Kansas. He received his premed education at Sterling College and the University of Kansas School of Pharmacy, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree. From there, he attended medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1974, and went on to receive a Master of Science in Health Science Education at Ball State University. He completed his residency at Ball Memorial Hospital Family Practice Residency in Muncie, Indiana.

His special interests include general medicine, sports medicine, and workers compensation cases.

He is married to his wife, Mary, and has three children and five grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys sailing, scuba diving, snow skiing, and rodeo administration.
